Hi! I'm Simona May, born and raised in Austria, where my grandmother's artistry ignited my passion for creativity. My journey has taken me from the serene landscapes of Austria to the vibrant art scenes of California and Hawaii, each locale leaving its mark on my work.

Inspired by the contrasts of alpine, tropical, and maritime landscapes, I specialize in abstracts infused with thick paints and vibrant colors. Through my art, I aim to invite viewers to immerse themselves in the interplay of light, texture, and color. What inspires me are simple observations of nature, unusual color combinations and my own imagination.

In addition to abstracts, I find deep fulfillment in portraiture, capturing the essence and emotional depth of my subjects with every stroke of the brush.
